Pipelines runners on WSL

      When running a Pipelines runner on WSL (Windows Subsystem for Linux), container logs are not available because they are stored in a different path on that environment.

      The request is to fix the issue with container logs on WSL and make sure that runners work on WSL like on an actual Linux system.
