Issue Summary

It would be awesome to have separate groups with permissions to delete branches on Bitbucket Cloud branch permissions.

Expected Results

Distinct user groups will be able to delete branches and others won't be able to delete those branches.

Actual Results

Everyone on the repository with write access can delete branches, or no one on the entire repository will delete branches.
