.vue single file component syntax highlighting

      Vue supports a single file component with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript contained in one file (https://vuejs.org/v2/guide/single-file-components.html). It would be helpful to see these sections use the appropriate syntax highlighting when reviewing source code in Bitbucket.
