Add Project KEY to Repository URL like Bitbucket Server

For organizations with many repositories and potential name collisions, it would save everyone a lot of hassle by simply copying the URL strategy in Bitbucket Server to include the Project KEY.

For example bitbucket/{workspace-id}/{project-id}/{repo}

Right now we have to create dozens of workspaces which isn't fun or easy to manage.  Not to mention that workspace-ids are global and you have to choose something that does not conflict with every workspace on the entire platform.
