Trigger pipeline build based on the content of the commit

      Description

      Currently, the only condition to run a pipeline step is changesets. The customer wants to have the possibility to configure the pipeline build to be triggered only when a specific section of file was changed.

       

      Example :

      We have this piece of config in config.yml

       

      someKey: 
   value: string 
anotherKey:
   anothervalue: number
hdp: 
   version: 1.0.0 
 

       

      Wanted to execute the build step only if the version number was modified in the commit.
