      Request:

      Enable ExecuteCommand during ECS deployment using pipes atlassian/aws-ecs-deploy:1.0.0

      Business case:

      AWS added a new feature called "--enable-execute-command"; see https://aws.amazon.com/blogs/containers/new-using-amazon-ecs-exec-access-your-containers-fargate-ec2/ 

      It would be great if we could enable the "--enable-execute-command" feature using atlassian/aws-ecs-deploy:1.0.0 library.
