Separate Pull Requests comments on Activity feed instead of grouping them (also applies to commits)

Currently within Bitbucket cloud, when you add a Pull request comment, they are all grouped on the activity feed into 1 with only showing the latest comment's content. 

Since each comment can potentially create a separate thread this is confusing, since we  group threads and independent comments together into 1 active link from Activity. 

Recommendation: 

• each independent comment should appear separately on the PR Activity
• Threads should be grouped into 1 and show only the Original comment and then a link to the thread, so that its easy to find
• stop grouping all independent comments under 1 link since they may not be related to one another
