Add a "Changes done" button in the Pull Request page

      Problem Definition

      Currently, we have the “Request changes” option on Pull Requests, however, we don't have a "Changes done" option to inform the reviewers that the code has been updated and the user who created the PR is not able to able to revert the "Requested Changes" icon back. 

      Suggested Solution

      Add a "Changes done" option in the Pull Request to inform the reviewers that the code has been updated or add the possibility to the user who created the PR to revert the "Requested Changes" icon back. 

      Workaround

      The user can add a comment to inform the code was updated.
