Issue Summary

We are noticing an intermittent error "the app Bitbucket prlinks failed to load" when we click on "go to pull requests" in commit page.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to a commit page
2. Click on "go to pull requests" 

Expected Results

It should load "Reviewed in these pull requests" window

Actual Results

It will keep loading and will time out with error "the app Bitbucket prlinks failed to load"

Workaround

After it times out, when we refresh the page, it loads "Reviewed in these pull requests" window without any error.
