Issue Summary

Images cannot be added to the default pull request setting

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to the repository setting
2. Navigate to the 'Default discription' under the Pull request section
3. Click on the image icon to add an image
4. Nothing happens

Expected Results

• Window should appear allowing user to select an image

Actual Results

• Noothing happens

Workaround

• Add the image when creating a new pull request
