I'm currently trying out the Bitbucket runner and it works great, especially with runners available at a workspace level. 

So from the documentation, it suggests that in order to use a runner you need to manually specify it for each step in the Bitbucket pipelines file. This tends to get very cumbersome, especially if you have multiple branches and multiple steps for each branch. 

Is there a way to set the runner as default for all steps or atleast all branches under a step or pretty much anyway that doesn't involve specifying a runner for each step.?
