PR API endpoint: Add field to identify merged commit

      Currently, the below API endpoint does not distinguish if a commit is merged or not.

      /2.0/repositories/{workspace}/{repo_slug}/pullrequests/{pull_request_id}/commits

      It would be very useful to have a field to distinguish a merged commit.
