Issue Summary

Few users have reported that they are getting "Something went wrong" error while viewing the repository dashboard
The issue is not specific to a browser and version and has occurred with multiple browsers
 

Steps to Reproduce

1. View the Bitbucket repository dashboard

Expected Results

The user should be able to view the repository dashboard without any issue

Actual Results

The user is unable to view the repository dashboard and gets a "something went wrong" error.

Workaround

We are not able to reproduce the issue at our end hence not sure about the workaround that will work in all cases.

This issue could be due to the browser configuration. If you face the issue and would like us to investigate the issue to find out the root cause and fix it permanently, please check the following and let us know the results and we will investigate it further.

• Is the issue happening in an incognito window, other browsers as well? - This is to check if the issue is specific to your browser settings.
• The issue could be due to the browser extensions/add-ons. Could you please try disabling all the extensions/add-ons on the browser and see if that helps?
• Could you please try clearing the browser cache, cookies and see if that helps.
• If none of the above helps, please generate a HAR file and share it with us for further investigation. Please refer to the documentation linked below for steps to generate the HAR file. Generating HAR files and analyzing web requests
