Repository URL doesn't get the completely name when it's longer than 62 characters

      Issue Summary

      We do have a character limit of 62 in the repo slug but none on the repository name. However, if the length of the repository name exceeds that limit, Bitbucket truncates the repository name to fit the repo slug under the character limit.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. It always happens with Repo slug name having more than 62 characters 

      Expected Results

      The repository name should be same as supplied by the user

      Actual Results

      Repository name gets truncated

      Workaround

      Choose a shorter name for the repository
