I'm using a customized image for pipeline runner.

It takes about 1~2 minutes to complete build on my build server. (TeamCity)

But it takes over 10 minutes on Bitbucket pipeline at cloud.

I found problem is: BitBucket's pipeline runner server and my docker registry server is too far. (on network)

Pulling image process is not heavy-load work, and that problem is depends on user's real location.

I requested before, just make cache for runner image, you rejected that.

So, I request for exclude pipeline usage time on image pulling.
