Emojis in a PR description are not rendering

      Issue Summary

      If you add emojis in a PR description, it is being rendered on the New PR UI.
      However, it is rendering while editing the description.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. In a new or existing PR, add an emoji (e.g. :white_check_mark:)
      2. Click Save

      Expected Results

      Emojis will be rendered

      Actual Results

      Emojis are not being rendered

      Workaround

      Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
