Use environment variables as Pipelines Artifacts path

Currently, it is not possible to use an environment variable to dynamically change an Artifacts path.

Feature request:
It would be very useful to able to use an environment variable as Artifacts path for dynamic multi-steps.

For example:

artifacts:
- some/path/**
- $ARTIFACTS_PATH
