API endpoint to trigger specific/manual step for Pipeline Builds

    Description

      Currently, it is possible to run a build leveraging the following endpoint:
      /2.0/repositories/

      {workspace}

      /

      {repo_slug}

      /pipelines/

      https://developer.atlassian.com/bitbucket/api/2/reference/resource/repositories/%7Bworkspace%7D/%7Brepo_slug%7D/pipelines/

      However, for manual steps, there is no specific endpoint to trigger them via API.
      Imagine that for this manual step to run we need to have the necessary approval based on an external change management system.

      With the currently available features, It is only possible to trigger a new build which would generate a new build ID and start the process all over
      Or manually trigger the deployment via UI.
