Ability to delete all Pipelines builds for a given repository

This feature request is to add the ability to delete all pipelines builds on a given repository, in order to allow users to start over, when required

At this moment, the only workaround is to push the repository all over again to Bitbucket, which is not very viable since you would lose all of your metadata.
