Issue Summary

Adding a new Pull request default reviewer creates a duplicate user.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to repositories settings under Pull request
2. At Default reviewers add a new user reviewer

Expected Results

The user is added in the default reviewer

Actual Results

The user is added with duplicate users.

Workaround

Refreshing the page will remove the duplicate users from the UI
