Set the value of the BITBUCKET_PR_ID environment variable when running a merge commit build.

      Currently, if you execute a build for a merge commit, the BITBUCKET_PR_ID variable is not set, as it doesn't fulfill the requirement of being a PR build.

      This feature request is to set up this value for branch builds as well, specifically on merge commits.
