Intergrate download management for customers

It would be interesting to have integrated artifact handling in Bitbucket cloud for enduser customers (e.g. in Downloads) for build artifacts (e.g. jar, exe, img, py, ...) with managed access.

As a developer I can publish artifact in this section (similar to any artifactory services) and define user account (not bitbucket accounts) with permission to login and download specific artifacts. 

I know there are other solutions (suggestions are also welcome in comments), but it would be great if this is integrated in Atlassian toolchain for small companies with just a few desktop applications.
