Restrict users from adding alias email from outside their organisation domain

Some organizations don't want users to commit to the repositories in their workspace with an external email address that is outside their company email domain.

Feature request:
It would be great to have a feature or settings that will prevent users from adding an email address as an alias that is not in the claimed domain list of that organization.
