Ability to customize how Premium feature IP Whitelisting works

While using the Premium feature IP Whitelisting we would like to be able to customize how it affects our workspace and users. eg.

1. We would like to enforce the IP Whitelisting to SSH connections only (since we have 2FA enforced)
2. We would like to be able to bypass the IP Whitelisting feature while using the UI
3. We would like it to be possible to whitelist the MAC address instead of the IP address
