Issue Summary

When trying to resend one past webhook, it fails with a toast message "Resend webhook failed"

Steps to Reproduce

1. On your repository settings, go to Webhooks
2. On the chosen hook URL, click on "View Requests"
3. Click on "View Details" on the call you want to resend.
4. Click on "Resend Request" button.

Expected Results

Webhook is re-triggered with the same message.

Actual Results

A toast message "Resend webhook failed" shows up.

Workaround

Possible Workaround is to re-do the action which triggered the webhook (i.e. a dummy commit, create/update an issue, etc..)
