At the moment, the 'Fork' option for repositories is accessible from the + menu when viewing a repo in Bitbucket Cloud website.

For some users the location of this option is not very obvious.

It has been requested to add the option to 'Fork' a repo in the Source page, along with the 'Clone' option that exists there.
