Summary:

Images added in pull request comments and Pull request description do not load when accessing the that PR in Bitbucket UI, most of the time refreshing the page solves the issue and images render.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Upload an image to a Pull request description or under comments section.
2. Open the PR view and you see the image loads just fine
3. However, at times, the image won't load and just shows a grey area.

Reproducible in Chrome and with "New pull request view"

Workaround:
refresh the page
