Issue Summary

The side-by-side button on SVG images is missing on the new pull request view.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Host an SVG file on the repository
2. Modify this file
3. Observe the PR diff
4. PR diff only show the image comparison, not the file content comparison

•  Old Pull request view
  

Expected Results

New PR view to SVG file diff like old PR view

Actual Results

New PR view doesn't provide options to view `side-by-side` diff

Workaround

Switch to old PR view
