Allow the same SSH key to be added to multiple workspaces

      Currently, if you attempt to add an SSH key to a workspace that has been added to another workspace it states "Someone has already added that SSH key.".

      It would be great to be able to use the same SSH key that is used by an external entity to access repositories on multiple workspaces.
