Please add the capability to enable or disable pull request branch delete on merge

      Please add the capability to enable or disable pull request branch delete on merge.

      The use of the browser cache is not consistent, ideally there should be a setting in the repository administration to enable/disable "close source branch" by default.

            It would be really helpful to have an option to set the delete on merge option as default - so branches are auto cleared on merge. And there aren't loads of already merged branches left when developers forget to tick the button to delete branch. Stale branches negatively impact our Jenkins pipelines.
