As a customer, I want to be able to manually trigger a webhook

In Bitbucket Server there is an option, with a plugin, to manually trigger a webhook such as to start a build in an external server (e.g. Jenkins)

Neither of the currently available triggers for a webhook is fit for my workflow thus having the ability to manually trigger the webhook would come in handy.
