The cards that appear on the Deployments page show only the Pipeline number, commit short hash, commit message, time, and initiator (if not automatic).

Ideally, it would be nice to have at least one field that could be populated during the deployment step to expose custom text. The main motivator for this feature request (for me) is to be able to show a version number, but I can definitely find a purpose for any freeform text.
