Issue Summary

Users are not able to download xml/txt files via latest chrome version

Steps to Reproduce

1. "Open raw-> right click-> save as" 
2. Open the downloaded file and you should be able to see an error attached below

Actual Results

"error on line # at column #"

Expected Results

File content should be downloaded successfully

Workaround

You can successfully download files on Safari and Firefox
