Change default “Include .gitignore?” option when creating a new repository to “No”

      Problem Definition

      Currently, when creating a new repository, the default option to include a .gitignore is "Yes". 

      Suggested Solution

      When creating a new repository, the default option to include a .gitignore should be “No” or include an option to set the default value.

      Workaround

      You can manually change the "Include .gitignore?" option to "No".
