Change the error message when the repository is over 5 GB

Problem Definition

Currently, when the repository is over 5 GB, the error message doesn't specify that, the error message is "Repository is in read-only mode (over 2 GB size limit)".
So the user tries to undo the last push to bring the size below the 2.0 GB limit and remove the push restriction. However, when the repository is over 5 GB, it won't work.

Suggested Solution

Bitbucket should show a different error message indicating that the repository is above 5.0 GB all changes will be rejected. You will need to raise a support request to get help reducing the size of your repository.
