At the moment, it is possible to set default reviewers for pull requests on a repo level.

Some users would like to be able to set this on the project level: this way all repos belonging to the project would have the same default reviewers.

This way users won't have to set the default reviewers in each repo, which can be time consuming if the number of repos is high.
