Issue Summary

The Markdown quote blocks are rendered with double-quotes. Also, a line break is added if the line wraps.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a Markdown file with the below content

This is a sample markdown quote
> This is a test quote

Second quote
> Contains the initial defination of the variables before the environmant variables are applied via the pipeline. Backend is currently module
