code owner feature for repository

Bitbucket is providing codeowner feature in server version , same feature is avilable with github and gitlub. My organization is looking for the same feature to use in Monorepo where we have to provide folder level access to users. I will suggest to have code owner plugin in Bitbucket cloud version.
