      Issue Summary

      Users are unable to load Pipelines/Deployments page intermittently

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Log in to Bitbucket (bitbucket.org)
      2. Select one of the repositories
      3. Click on Pipelines or Deployments page on the left pane
      4. You might observe Pipelines or Deployments page doesn't load intermittently

      Expected Results

      Pipelines and Deployments page should always load

      Actual Results

      Pipelines and Deployments page doesn't load intermittently

      Workaround

      Please refresh the page or wait for some time and you should be able to view the page without any issue.
