Summary:
We see that within a shared workspace. Only the Admin of the workspace can view the build minutes on the repository or the Admin of the repository can view this information.

Request to allow users with Read & Write permission to be able be able to view the pipelines usage.

Note: There is no workaround for the users with read/write permissions to view the used build minutes apart from check with the Admin user.
