Summary:
Currently, the issue list for a pull request is available for Jira Software Cloud and we can see the linked issues on the Bitbucket pull request.
However, when we have the integration between Jira Software server and Bitbucket Cloud the pull request doesn't show the issue list.

The same goes for the "Jira Issues" section on the repository navigation sidebar, which only allows Jira Cloud issues to be rendered there.

Workaround:
There is no workaround identified as for now
