Support GIT Merge drivers specified in .gitattributes file per repository

      Issue Summary

      Bitbucket Cloud currently doesn't allow the use of GIT native or custom merge drivers configured via .gitattributes file per GIT repository. This helps users  manage their merge conflicts. Example drivers would be "merge=union", which is built-in within git to overwrite merge. 

      Workaround

      You can employ them locally. But, you can't have them performed on Bitbucket Cloud at the moment.
