Display branches with merge conflicts on pull requests route

    Description

      We should display issues (merge conflicts, incomplete tasks) for branches within on the pull request route per listing.

      This will streamline the process if you have many branches that are otherwise ready to merge (successful build, approved by x amount, tasks complete) but need attention this isn't clear unless we open the PR.
