Notifications regarding Smart link/Smart mirror status

      We would like Bitbucket to notify us when our Smart link/Smart mirror status change, as for now it is necessary for our users to both:

      1. Access Bitbucket Cloud instead of the mirror
      2. Mannually report to us that the link/mirror is not available

      These notifications would help us yo keep our Link/Mirror active and aware of its downtimes.
