Issue Summary

Blend/Split/Pixel diff buttons are not working as expected in Old PR view for images diff even for the image of same dimension. A tool tip appears for all three buttons with message- "Split mode image diff is not available because images are not of the same dimension" even if the images are of the same dimension.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Upload an image via a commit
2. Switch to a different branch and upload an edited version of the image via a new commit
3. Create a new pull request
4. Scroll to the bottom to check the image differences in the "Files changed" section.

Expected Results

The "Blend", "Split" and "Pixel diff" buttons should work as per functionality.

Actual Results

The "Blend", "Split" and "Pixel diff" buttons are greyed out.

Workaround

Use new Pull request view and we are making improvements in this.
