Possibility to run steps sequentially within different parallel streams in pipelines

The feature request is to create structure similar to:
parallel:
sequential:
    -step
      ...
      -step
         ...
sequential:
    -step
      ...
      -step
         ...
The reason I need this structure is that steps in each of the parallel streams should use different images for my project.
