Remove all user access from a workspace via API

Problem Definition

A user can have two types of access to an account/team:
1. Access via a User Group
2. Direct repo access

At the moment, it is possible to remove a user from a User Group via API

However, there is no way to remove a user's direct repo access via API.

Some customers would like to be able to remove any type of access a certain user has to their account/team via API, when this user leaves their company.

At the moment this is only possible via the UI, by going to the account/team's Settings > Users on plan, and then remove the user there.

Suggested Solution

Provide a way to remove ALL user access to an account/team via API.
