API endpoint to identify if LFS is enabled on repository

      It would be great to have an API endpoint to identify whether LFS is enabled on the repository or not. OR, to have a new property added to '/2.0/repositories/{workspace}/{repo_slug}' endpoint with details related to LFS status on the repository.
