File renaming causes the file in the PR using the New pull request experience to count as a new file

Issue Summary

File renaming causes the file in the PR using the New pull request experience to count as a deletion of older file and creation of new file.
If the number of lines in the file is more than 2000 lines, UI is unable to render the file and generates an error message:
"Diff too large
The diff for this file is too large to render."

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a file with more than 2000 lines.
2. Rename the file.
3. Create a Pull request with this commit

Expected Results

The Pull request should show "File renamed but contents unchanged." message for renamed files.

Actual Results

Pull request UI is unable to render the file and generates an error message:
"Diff too large
The diff for this file is too large to render."

Workaround

1. Ignore the error and files which have been renamed in Pull request
2. Disable New pull request experience and enable Old pull request experience Lab Feature.
