API for creating a link

      Summary :

      Currently, there is no API available for creating a link between the repositories and other applications. The feature is available over the UI. A new API endpoint could be added to achieve the same.

      Reason for request:

      1. Achieve automation for linking the repositories with other applications.

      2. Retrieve the information on existing links could be required for audit/reporting.
